Pastor Poju Oyemade

Senior Pastor, Covenant Christian Centre &
Visionary, The Platform Nigeria

Poju Oyemade is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Christian Centre, Lagos. This fast growing church holds 4 services every Sunday morning, with services in Lekki, Yaba and Iganmu.

He was called to ministry whilst he was still an undergraduate at the University of Lagos. He was ordained into ministry by Bishop David Oyedepo, the presiding bishop of Living Faith Ministries Worldwide (a.k.a Winner’s Chapel).

Pastor ‘Poju is a teacher of the Word of faith with insight into how believers can apply biblical principles in a pragmatic and practical way in their daily lives.

This dynamic pastor hosts regular Faith Seminars, Singles’ Summits, Financial and Business Seminars where believers are taught the undiluted Word and how it can be applied directly in their situations to produce results, God’s way.

The Platform Nigeria – Worker’s Fair and National Development Fair are also outreaches of his ministry where prominent business men and women (that are believers) share how they thrive in their industries using and applying principles founded in the Bible.

Obinna Abajue

CEO Hygeia HMO Ltd

He is the present Chief Executive Officer at Hygeia HMO Limited. Before this he was head: Business Transform PBB RoA of Standard Bank Group South Africa.

Obi was the Head Personal and Business banking for Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc. The role made him the head of Commercial and retail banking business.

He was formerly the acting CEO of Stanbic IBTC Pensions Managers Limited, Nigeria’s largest Pension Fund Administrator. He was responsible for overseeing the retirement benefit administration and management of over N300 billion in assets on behalf of over 700,000 individual contributors and close to 20,000 retirees.

Obinnia is a graduate of Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with an MBA from the prestigious Imperial College London. He is a Shell Nigeria scholar and British Chevening scholar. He is also a chartered accountant, Chartered banker and Chartered stockbroker. With his experience in asset management, he is a benefit to administration and sales in various capacities.

Obi Abajue’s passion is what he calls “Focused Intrapreneurship” designed to make a difference in both his industry and community.

Chika Nwobi

Founder, L5lab

Chika Nwobi is founder of Level 5 Lab (L5Lab)– a venture development firm that has incubated several successful African tech companies including Jobberman.com – Africa’s largest online jobs portal and Cheki.com.ng – Nigeria’s leading online cars marketplace. L5 Lab has invested in 21 startups in Nigeria.

Before L5, Chika played a pioneering role in the mobile content industry in Nigeria as Co-Founder and CEO of MTech. Chika was also a founding director of Wireless Application Service Providers Association of Nigeria (WASPAN) and has led consulting engagements for Ford Foundation and IFC( World Bank).

Chika graduated as a Honors scholar from East Tennessee State University, USA, with a BA in Economics and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and is in the Masters in Software Engineering program at University of Oxford.

Chika is passionate about education and developing young people and has been invited to speak at Wharton, NYU and Lagos Business School. He has also served as judge for Federal Government of Nigeria’s Entrepreneurship business plan competition – YouWiin and as a mentor for the World Bank XL startup program. He is an ordained minister at Covenant Christian Centre where he leads The Platform - Young Professionals team.

Chika completed Stanford University SEED transformation program and is also a partner in Rise Capital, an emerging-markets focused venture capital firm. He is a member of the board of Directors of Unilever Nigeria PLC and the Anambra State Investment Promotion and Protection Agency (ANSIPPA)

Mayokun Fadeyibi

Head of Business Development & Strategy, OLX

Mayokun Fadeyibi is the Head of Business Development & Strategy at OLX where she is responsible for all aspects of Operations Strategy, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships and Business Intelligence.

Her work cut across all business units – Marketing, Sales, Finance, and User Operations as she helps to optimize business operations. She currently leads the incubation unit for all experiments and strategic initiatives at OLX.

Mayokun holds a PhD in Business Analytics from Bentley University in Massachusetts.

Adekunbi Adeoye

Executive Director of SESEWA

Adekunbi is the Executive Director of SESEWA, a career development company in Lagos, Nigeria. She is mostly referred to as Nigeria's 'First Lady of internships' for being founder of Nigeria's 1st internship focused organization.

She founded SESEWA while still in University in 2009 with the sole aim of supporting students during & after their academic programs with opportunities that allows them explore their career interests. She finds pathways which they can launch their careers through internships, volunteer placements and other career related opportunities.

Adekunbi’s passion for excellence and society development has seen her become one of Nigeria’s fastest growing young CEO. Her vision for starting SESEWA is to set a new edge for recruiting and professionalism in the workplace and a passion to see young people achieve career success in line with their personal aspirations.

Adekunbi Adeoye is young, bright and astute, and she works relentlessly on achieving her set goals.Adekunbi was selected as an African leader to be a part of the Mandela Washington Fellowship in 2015. Maurice Igugu

Creative & Content Developer, Sterling Bank

Maurice Igugu currently heads the Creative and Content Development team at Sterling Bank. He studied in the Delta State University where he received his B.Sc Chemistry in 2002. He began his career in graphic design at Aangels Communications where he interned in 2005 and then worked in Moore Advice and Alternative Media Solutions as an Art Director and Lead Creative Director in 2006, 2007 respectively.

He ran the Brand Management and Design shop for Diamond Capital in 2008 before joining Diamond Bank as a Product Manager for DiamondXtra and then as a Campaign Manager/Creative Lead in 2011 where he led the Creative team through the Diamond Bank rebrand and the design and launch of its key product and service offerings. He recently joined Sterling Bank in 2017.

He has a Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Brand School, South Africa and a certificate in Art Direction from the University of Arts, London amongst other professional certifications. He is a registered practitioner of Advertising (arpa) with the Advertisers Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and a volunteer trainer with Enterprise Development Center, PAN-Atlantic University, with CHINI Productions (Roger Hatchuel Academy) and a member of the planning committee for the Young Professionals Bootcamp.

Abiola Adewole

Managing Director, Oxford Blue Limited

Abiola Adewole is an entrepreneur with over 15 years’ experience in Insurance Marketing and Supply Chain Management acquired in different multinationals in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

Abiola is currently the Country Director for Asian Sourcing Link (A multinational marketing company) and Managing Director at Oxford Blue Limited (A Nigerian marketing agency). Prior to ASL and Oxford Blue, she worked with Leadway, Cadbury Schweppes as well as Diageo. She also worked as a Supply Chain Manager at RS Components UK.

Abiola is a graduate of Insurance from the University of Lagos and holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and Management from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom.

She brings a wealth of experience in Insurance, Marketing Innovation, Event Management and Brand Activation to help design and execute campaigns for several multinationals within and outside Nigeria.

Oluyemi Adeosun

Oluyemi Adeosun is a top-performing, accomplished and skilled Human Resource Executive with over 13 years experience across high profile industries including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Broadcasting, Real Estate, Advertising, Consulting & Volunteer work.

Oluyemi who is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) offers professional expertise and a diverse range of skills within organizational strategy development, business partnership, change management, employee relationship management and administrative expert HR role.

Oluyemi has consulting experience, working with key players in the telecommunications industry, is a member of Toastmasters International, and has attained the Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) designation - the highest award possible.

Olawale Dosunmu

Internal Control Lead at

Olawale Dosunmu is the Internal Control Lead at Nigerian Bottling Company (A member of Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company). He is a chartered accountant with experience in financial advisory, internal audit, risk management, business process development and internal control. He has worked with several market leaders in manufacturing, banking, telecommunications, oil and gas, as well as hospitality.

Prior to his current position at Coca Cola Hellenic, Olawale worked in the Advisory Division of KPMG Nigeria where he led several projects including:

A restructuring of the Corporate Audit Division of a National Oil Corporation, Provision of Internal Audit services to an indigenous conglomerate with 11 subsidiaries. Kunle Fadiora

Founder/CEO of Fullware Solutions Ltd

Kunle Fadiora is a Value Added Services, Cloud Computing and Network Security Solutions Provider.

Prior to Fullware, Kunle Co-founded and led Stack Arena Ltd, which was arguably the most successful mobile applications development company with viral apps including Akpos Jokes which was featured on blackberry appstore for several weeks as app of the day with 2.1m downloads Blackberry and Android Platforms. Akpos Jokes went on to win awards from Tecno (AfMobi App of the Year) and score advertisement contracts from Konga, Jumia, Google and Terragon’s Twinpine. Are there entry requirements?

You must be between 20-25 years by December, 2017. You should have a passion to succeed.

Is it free?

YPB is absolutely and completely FREE. Accommodation will also be made available for selected applicants.

Bootcamp dates and venue?

Dates are from September 5th to September 9th, 2018. Venue will be communicated to successful applicants.

Is it only available to Lagos residents?

No. Anyone who meets the requirements across Nigeria can apply. However, participants outside Lagos will need to take care of their transportation to the venue.

Is there a dress-code?

Dress in comfortable, casual but moderate clothing. Jeans and trainers are welcome.

How do I know if I have been selected?

What caliber of facilitators/ trainer should I expect?

Are there exams to take? Will I receive a certification after this bootcamp? Will there be rewards for good performance?

There maybe group tests but no individual tests. On completion of all sessions, you will be awarded a certificate of participation. There will also be fantastic rewards for top performers.
